Term of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure clear communication, mutual respect, and a smooth working experience for both the artist and the client.
1. General
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion.
• I will not create content that includes hate speech, discriminatory themes, or material that is offensive, abusive, or harmful.
• Commissions are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased or agreed upon in advance.
• Please provide all relevant details, references, and requirements before the commission begins. Changes to the original commission scope may require an additional fee.
• I will not begin work until the commission details, price, and payment arrangement have been agreed upon.
2. Payment
• Payment is either 100% upfront or 50% upfront + 50% after sketch approval, depending on our agreement.
• Full payment is required before I proceed beyond the sketch stage.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines, and additional requests.
• Prices are listed in USD. Payments in other currencies must equal the agreed USD amount at the time of payment.
3. Commission Process & Workflow
• Please provide a clear description and relevant references before work begins.
• Progress updates may be provided during the sketch, lineart, and base color stages.
• Revisions are available during the initial sketch stage, as long as they remain within the original scope.
• After sketch approval, only minor revisions are included. Major changes may require an additional fee.
• Revisions are not available after final delivery unless the mistake was caused by me.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
• A full refund is available if work has not started.
• Once work has started, refunds are based on the amount of work completed.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• If I cancel due to my own circumstances, unfinished work will be refunded.
• Cancellation due to harassment, abusive behavior, or other serious misconduct may result in a partial or no refund depending on the work completed.
5. Turnaround
• Typical turnaround is 3 days–1 week, depending on complexity and my current queue.
• Specific deadlines must be discussed before ordering.
• Client delays in providing references, feedback, or approval may extend the turnaround time.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• If I experience a significant delay, I will inform you as soon as possible.
• If there is no response from the client for 30 days, I may cancel the commission. Refunds will depend on work completed.
6. Usage & Rights
Artist Rights
• I retain copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork.
• I may post the artwork in my portfolio and social media unless a private commission is requested beforehand.
• I will not resell your unique commissioned artwork to another client.
Client Rights:
• You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as social media, profile pictures, banners, and personal prints.
• Please credit me when publicly posting the artwork.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell or redistribute it, or use it commercially without permission.
7. Commercial Use & Files
• Commercial use requires prior agreement and may require an additional fee.
• Commercial use includes merchandise, advertising, branding, monetized content, and other profit-related uses.
• Final artwork is normally delivered as JPG/PNG.
• Source/layered files (PSD, CSP, CLIP, etc.) are not included by default and are only provided if purchased as an add-on.
• Purchasing a source file or commercial rights does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
8. AI & Communication
• My artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models without my written permission.
• Please keep all communication respectful and professional.
• Harassment, threats, manipulation, or abusive behavior may result in cancellation.
• English is not my first language, so minor misunderstandings may occasionally occur. Clear and patient communication is appreciated.
9. Agreement
By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
